Description of the preparation:
Beans in tomato can be made hot by adding a couple of rings of chili pepper, or, on the contrary, sweet, adding a little more sugar. You can also combine beans with different vegetables to your liking. Take a note of the recipe, I'm sure you will like it!
Prepare all the ingredients.
In a saucepan or saucepan, bring clean water to a boil, add beans, boil for 3 minutes.
Put the beans in cold water, add ice, leave for a couple of minutes.
In a frying pan with high sides, warm tomato juice, add salt, sugar and paprika. Boil the tomato for 5 minutes.
Add the beans to the pan.
Stew beans over low heat for 25-30 minutes. At the end of cooking, add table vinegar and remove from heat.
Lay the beans in sterile jars, immediately roll up and put upside down, wrap and leave for a day.
It turns out very tasty.
