Let's prepare the ingredients. Choose a ripe apricot, but dense.

Wash the fruit and remove the seeds. It is easy to remove the stone with a Chinese stick, without breaking the apricot.

We split the bones and take out the nucleoli.

We put the nucleoli in the middle of the apricot.

Pour sugar into a saucepan, add the juice of half a lemon.

We add water, put the saucepan on the fire. Bring to a boil.
