Prepare the ingredients.

Pour baking powder to flour, mix.

In a bowl for kneading dough, pour sour cream, melted butter, add flour with baking powder.

Knead soft and supple dough.

Cover the detachable mold with baking paper, for safety reasons, grease the mold with butter and sprinkle with flour.
Distribute the dough into a shape, make the sides approximately 3 cm high. Pour the dough with a fork, put in the freezer while you are filling.

Peel the apples from the peel and seeds, cut into small pieces, add cinnamon to the apples, mix.

Beat the egg with sugar to fill.

Add flour, sour cream and vanilla sugar to the egg mixture.

Stir well so that there are no lumps left.
