Apple nut pie is very simple and relatively quick to prepare. Be sure to bake to understand how tasty, aromatic and tender it is. It is better to take sour, green apples. Pre-calcine the walnuts in a pan or oven. You can grind them smaller or larger, you decide. Such pastries will be an excellent dessert with your family and at a festive table with guests.
Prepare the ingredients for making the cake.
Pour sugar into a bowl, beat in eggs.
Beat eggs with sugar with a whisk or mixer.
Pour in refined sunflower oil.
Mix eggs well with sugar and sunflower oil.
Add baking powder, vanilla sugar and flour.
Knead the dough.
Wash, peel, core and cut the apples into small cubes. Add to dough.
