If you like to feel the texture, then cut the cubes larger. You can add ground cloves, nutmeg, orange and lemon zest to the dough. If you like coconut, then 1-2 tbsp. replace flour with coconut. Fritters are juicy, lush, with a rich apple flavor. Serve them with your favorite syrup.
Prepare all the ingredients.
Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl.
Cut the apples into small cubes.
In the dry mixture, add apple juice and then apple cubes. Mix well.
The dough should be thick, dense.
Heat a frying pan with oil over medium heat. Lay out 1 tbsp. tablespoons of dough, a little crushing on top. Fry for 1-2 minutes on each side. Then put the fritters on a paper towel to absorb excess oil.
