Any apples are suitable for making this jam. It is better to buy viburnum on a branch, and then tear off the berries from it. Ready jam can be served immediately, or rolled up in small jars for the winter.
Prepare your ingredients.
Wash and chop the apples.
Wash the viburnum, tear it off the twigs and put it on the apples.
Simmer the jam over moderate heat for 15-20 minutes.
