Appetizing, tasty, tender, Adyghe kefir cakes will not leave anyone indifferent. The dough is kneaded on kefir without yeast, so the preparation of such cakes does not require much time. Wheat flour is better to take the highest grade, and kefir is suitable for any fat content. Adyghe cheese can optionally be supplemented with spices. Such cakes can be served with soups or broths, and they can also be used as a hearty snack.
Prepare all the necessary ingredients.

Pour kefir in a deep container, add salt, soda, mix and leave for 15 minutes.

Grate the cheese on a fine grater.

Add spices and mix.

Add the sifted flour to the kefir and knead the dough.

Divide the dough into several parts. Roll each piece into a small cake, put the cheese filling in the center.

Tie the edges of the tortilla together in the center.

Gently roll the cake as thin as possible.

In a dry frying pan, fry the cakes on both sides for 2 minutes. Grease a hot cake with butter.
