For jam you need (yield: 2 jars of 450 ml plus a small bowl):

The apples must be washed, cut out. And this is the longest part of the preparation.

Put the apples in a pan, add sugar and pour water. Heat until sugar is dissolved, then simmer for 20 minutes. If you plan to cook baked pastries with a filling, then at this stage you can lay apples in clean jars. And for jam, beat the contents of the pan with a blender, simmer until the desired consistency (or just bring to a boil) and pour into sterilized jars. Roll up with clean covers and cool upside down in warmth. Done!

Unusual and aromatic harvesting of tomatoes and dark grapes. Add garlic, basil, pepper, it’s just super! And pickled grapes are our new discovery!

Ingredients (for 2 liter cans):

  • 1 1/2 kg of small tomatoes;
  • 1 liter of water;
  • 500 g of grapes;
  • 4 cloves of garlic;
  • 6 peas of black pepper;
  • 4 sprigs of fresh basil;
  • 2 tbsp. l 9 percent vinegar
  • 4 tbsp. l Sahara;
  • 1 tbsp. l salts;
  • 4 sprigs of fresh parsley.

In clean jars, put evenly peeled garlic cloves, peppercorns, basil sprigs. Put the washed and toothpicked tomatoes in the jars, alternating with the washed grapes. Add parsley branches and pour the tomatoes in jars with boiling water, leave for 15 minutes. Then pour the water from the cans into the pan, pour salt and sugar, bring to a boil. Pour a spoonful of vinegar into the jars and pour boiling marinade. Roll up and leave to cool completely upside down. Store in the cold.

It will be required for the test:

  • 180 g flour;
  • 90 g butter;
  • 3 tbsp. l Sahara;
  • 2 tbsp. l cold water.

Other Pie Ingredients:

  • 3 large apples;
  • 3-4 tbsp. l Sahara;
  • 60 g butter;
  • 2 tbsp. l lemon juice.

For the dough, in a bowl, grind the flour with pieces of butter and sugar into crumbs. Add water and knead the dough. Spread the dough on the bottom of a round detachable shape, forming high sides and, while you are preparing apples, send to the refrigerator.

Wash the apples, cut into slices, cutting the core. Sprinkle slices with lemon juice. In a high frying pan over medium heat, melt the butter and sugar, lay out the apples and simmer, simmer for 5-7 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Put apples from the pan without juice into the dough pan. Bake in a hot oven for 35 minutes. Then select the form, pour apple juice, spread the sliced ​​butter on top and sprinkle with sugar. Bake another 5 minutes. Sprinkle the cooled cake with powdered sugar. Have a nice day!

Ingredients (for one half-liter jar):

  • 500 g zucchini;
  • 250 g of water;
  • 40 g of sugar;
  • 10 g of salt;
  • 50 g hot chili ketchup;
  • 40 g of vinegar 9 percent;
  • 3-4 peas of black pepper;
  • Bay leaf;
  • a spoonful of vegetable oil.

At the bottom of a sterilized jar, lay a bay leaf and sprinkle pepper with peas. Washed zucchini without large seeds, cut into cubes, ram into a jar and pour boiling water for 10 minutes. Then pour the water into the pan, add salt, sugar, butter, ketchup, stir and bring to a boil. Pour vinegar and marinade into the jar, roll up. Allow to cool on the cover under the covers, then store in the cold.

  • 4 eggs;
  • a glass of sugar;
  • a glass of flour;

  • 3 medium squash;
  • large onion;
  • clove of garlic (optional);
  • a bunch of greenery;
  • 50-80 g of hard cheese (mix possible);
  • 50 g of flour;
  • 50 g butter;
  • 3-4 tbsp. l sour cream;
  • 2 tbsp. l vegetable oil.

Peel onions and garlic, cut into cubes. Rinse the zucchini and herbs, dry. If the zucchini is dense and with large seeds, then cut the peel and soft middle. Cut the zucchini into a large cube.

In a frying pan in vegetable oil over medium heat, fry the onion and garlic until soft, then put the cubes of zucchini and fry, stirring, for about 10 minutes. Add salt in the process of frying.

In a bowl, combine the flour, cubes of cold butter, grated cheese, grind into crumbs and, wrapping with cling film, put in the freezer for 6-7 minutes.

Put the frying of vegetables into a refractory form, smooth, pour sour cream, sprinkle with chopped herbs. Sprinkle crumbs of flour, cheese and butter on top.

You will need:

  • chicken breast (fillet);
  • zucchini;
  • 2-5 purple bulbs (depending on size);

  • 2 tbsp. l lemon juice;
  • pepper and spices to taste.

Peel the onion and garlic, chop the onion coarsely. Cut zucchini and chicken into large pieces of approximately the same size, cut the soft part with seeds from zucchini.

Barbecue Chicken and Zucchini

Soak wooden skewers in apple juice or cold water if you do not have a small iron. Put vegetables and meat in a bowl, add oil, soy sauce, spices, mix gently. Tighten with cling film and leave to marinate for 20 minutes-2 hours.

It remains only to string onions, zucchini and chicken on skewers in an arbitrary sequence and fry. The chicken is cooked quickly, make sure that when the puncture comes out clear juice.
