Heat the oil in a pan, fry the onions until soft, then add the sauerkraut and simmer for 10 minutes. Then add the grated apple and prunes, warm the minutes.

Divide the dough into two parts, each into 6 balls. Sprinkle flour on the table and make 12 cakes. Put a spoonful of the filling in the center of each and fasten the edges into pies.

It remains only to fry the pies stuffed in oil over medium heat until golden brown.

You will need:

  • 500 g of flour;
  • 140 ml of milk;
  • 130 ml of water;
  • 2 tbsp. l vegetable oil;
  • 1 tsp salts;
  • 7 g of fresh pressed yeast;
  • 60 g butter;
  • 500 g of potatoes;
  • 150 g soft cheese;
  • black pepper to taste.

Sift flour into a high bowl, add salt and yeast. In a stewpan, heat water with milk, add a spoonful of vegetable oil, cool the mixture and pour into a bowl of flour. Knead the dough. Gather the dough in a bowl, grease it with vegetable oil, put in a bowl and tighten with cling film. Leave on for 50 minutes, knead and leave for another half hour.

Peel the potatoes and put them to boil in salted water. Then drain the water, mash the potatoes with a crush, add the grated cheese and pepper, stir. The filling is ready.

Divide the finished dough into three parts, each stretch into a large cake. Put the filling on the center, collect the edges in a knot, pinch and then gently roll into a cake.

Ingredients:

  • 8 potatoes;
  • 200 g of minced meat (any);
  • bulb;
  • 100 g of hard cheese;
  • 100 g of sour cream;
  • salt, pepper to taste;
  • 2-3 tbsp. l vegetable oil.

Boil the potatoes in their skins until half-cooked or cook in the microwave, after pricking them with a fork.

Grate the cheese. In a frying pan in vegetable oil, fry the onions until soft over medium heat, then add the minced meat. Fry the meat, breaking the lumps, until the color changes. Salt, pepper, add spices for meat. Stuff the minced meat with onions in a bowl, cool slightly, add 2 tablespoons of sour cream and 2/3 of the grated cheese, mix.

From boiled potatoes, make a kind of boat, scraping the pulp with a spoon.

Fill the “boats” with minced meat, grease with sour cream and sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Put the potatoes in a mold, pour half a glass of water, cover with foil and send to the oven for 20 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees. Then remove the foil and cook for another 5-8 minutes, until the cheese is browned.

Heat oil in a pan (it is convenient to use a deep fryer). From the resulting mass, form balls with a walnut, breading in breadcrumbs and frying in hot oil until golden brown. Select the finished balls with a slotted spoon on paper napkins to remove excess oil. Serve with different sauces and skewers.

You will need:

  • 8-9 medium potatoes;
  • 500 ml of vegetable oil;
  • salt to taste.

Peel potatoes, rinse, grate Korean carrots. Then fold in a bowl and fill with cold water for 5 minutes. Rinse again and dry thoroughly on paper towels.

Fry the potatoes in a deep fryer or deep pan. In a saucepan, heat the oil to 180 degrees, then pour dried potatoes in portions.   • 250 g of potatoes;

Grated peeled potatoes and pumpkin in a bowl, squeeze out excess juice. Beat the egg, add chopped herbs, salt, pepper, flour, mix.

Ingredients:
