250 g chicken fillet
500 g green beans (frozen)
1 red pepper
cooking oil for frying
50 ml of hot water
2-3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar (or 50/50 with soy sauce)
salt, ground pepper, dried dill
Boil the beans in salted water for a couple of minutes, it should remain still hard, drain the water.
Wash, dry and cut chicken fillet into strips. Fry in a hot frying pan in a small amount of vegetable oil until cooked.
Peel the onions and peppers and cut them into strips. Add more butter to the pan from the meat and fry the onions with pepper, add the beans and fry for 5 minutes on low heat until the vegetables are ready. Add the chicken to the vegetables, mix and transfer to a large bowl.
In a bowl, whisk the ingredients for the sauce with a whisk, try on the salt, it should be enough, as the vegetables and meat are not salty. Pour over salad dressing and mix well.
