1.Salmon rolls with cream cheese

3. Tartlets with Olivier Salad


For baskets
● flour 2.5 cups
● margarine or butter 250 g
● sour cream 6 tbsp.
● baking powder 1 tsp.

For salad
● boiled eggs 3 pcs.
● boiled meat or sausage 300 g
● boiled potatoes 3 pcs.
● pickled cucumbers 4 pcs.
● canned green peas 1 can
● mayonnaise 200 g

Bake at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes or until golden brown. Cool the prepared baskets and remove them from the molds. Cut all the ingredients for the salad into cubes and fill with mayonnaise. Fill the baskets with the resulting salad and serve.

4. Canape with boiled pork and cucumbers

● white toast bread 10 slices
● slices of baked ham 20 pcs.
● butter 100 g
● olives 20 pcs.
● dill for decoration
● 2-3 cucumbers

White toast bread cut into triangles, dry in the oven or in a pan. Smear each slice of bread with butter, put on top of a piece of pork or carbonade. Cut cucumbers into thin longitudinal slices. Strung on multicolored plastic skewers of olives and cucumber slices. Stick skewers in canapés. Decorate the finished snack with dill sprigs.

5. Ham and Cheese Rolls with Garlic
