1 kg of any liver (here chicken – boiled),
1 large fried onion,
4 – 5 boiled eggs,
1 bunch of greens – finely – chopped,
1 tbsp. l starch,
salt, pepper to taste. To mix everything.
Dough: 2 eggs, 200 grams of flour. 0.5 tsp. quicklime soda, 200 g sour cream.
Prepare the dough and mix it with the liver mixture, mix well and put the whole mass into a greased form.
Oven 20 – 25 minutes at 180 * С.
