Tea cakes

Ingredients:
For the test:
– 1 glass of flour
– 0.5 glass of milk
– 0.5 glass of water
– 3 eggs
– a pinch of salt
– 1 tsp sugar
– 100 grams of butter
For cream:
– 50 grams of cottage cheese
– 0.5 cans of condensed milk
– 50 grams of butter

Cooking:
1. Cream blend with a blender, put in the fridge to thicken.
2. Pour milk with water, oil, salt and sugar into a saucepan, put on medium heat, bring to a boil.
3. When the mass becomes homogeneous, add flour and stir quickly until the mass lags behind the walls. Remove from heat and cool.
Then add one egg and stir.
4. Put the dough in the form of slices or ovals on a parchment-laid pan and bake in an oven heated to 180 * until golden brown.
5. Fill the cakes with cream, cut them in half. Top with cream and sprinkle with grated chocolate. Clean in the cold before the cream cures.
