1. Boil fillet, chop, salt, add mayonnaise, mix. Put the mayonnaise mixture in a plate.
2. Boil eggs, cool, separate the whites from the yolks. Separately, rub the whites on a large terke, and yolks on a small one.
Boil carrots, grate on the middle terke.
3. Grate the cucumbers together with the skin on the middle towel, squeeze out excess liquid.
