Salad balls

Delicious, delicate snack – a great option for a festive table! Save in the piggy bank recipes.


Pink salmon (canned) – 1 can
Potatoes – 1 pc.
Carrots – 1 pc.
Eggs – 2 pcs.
Cheese – 70 g
Green onions – 30 g
Sesame (white) – 4 tbsp. l
Soy sauce – 1 tbsp. l
Sour cream – 2 tbsp. l


1. Boil potatoes, carrots and eggs. Cool and clean. Drain excess liquid from canned pink salmon, put it in a container and knead with a fork.
2. To the pink salmon add potatoes, grated on a coarse grater, and carrots, grated on a fine grater. Mix. Add cheese and eggs, grated on a fine grater. Mix. Wash the green onions and chop finely. Add to salad weight. Pour in soy sauce. Add sour cream. Stir the mass thoroughly.
3. Roll up the balls a little larger than a walnut from the resulting mass. Fry the sesame until golden in a dry frying pan. Roll the balls in sesame.
4. Put the finished balls on the dish. Decorate as desired. Balls are very tasty, soft and tender.
