Roast with mushrooms

10-15 mushrooms,
4-5 potatoes
1 carrot,
3-4 cloves of garlic,
sour cream, paprika, black pepper, salt – to taste
Cooking process
Peel and rinse the mushrooms, and cut each into 4 pieces. Peel the potatoes and cut into large slices. Peel and grate the carrots or chop finely.
Add all components to the baking dish and mix, add garlic cloves, salt and pepper, sprinkle with vinegar and vegetable oil. Bake at 180 degrees until cooked.
