For the test:
– 100 g of kefir
– 100 g sour cream
– 200 g of mayonnaise
– 3-4 eggs
– 0.5 tsp soda
– 0.5 tsp salt
– flour to the desired consistency of the dough (as for pancakes)
The filling can be, as shown below, or arbitrary in taste and availability of products.
We mix all the ingredients to get not steep and not thick dough, thick as for fritters. The amount of flour may vary somewhat depending on the quality.
Spread half the dough into the form. Spread the potatoes or fried mushrooms on top, spread the mashed canned fish (1-2 cans, strain the liquid), or chopped egg with green onions, etc.
The filling may be different in taste and availability of products.
Top spoon distribute the second half of the test.
We bake in the oven at a temperature of 160-180 C until appetizing browning.
Then give the cake to cool to light warmth and serve.
