liver – 1 kg
carrot – 3 pcs
milk – 1 st
onion – 4 pcs
eggs – 4 pieces

Peel the onions and carrots. Grate carrots and cut onions into small cubes. In a frying pan in sunflower oil passeruem onions and carrots. They should be golden brown. This is for a layer of our liver cake.
Liver fill in for 5 minutes with warm water. This is necessary in order that then the film on the liver would separate well.
We are preparing the basis of our liver cake, for pancakes from the liver. Cut the liver into thin strips, scroll in a meat grinder. Add salt and pepper, eggs, milk and flour. All mix until smooth and get ready-made dough for liver pancakes.
The next stage is cooking pancakes. Pour a little oil on a hot pan. Then a few spoons of liver dough. Fry on one side. Turning over to the other side and after a couple of minutes you can shoot. We coat the pancake with a thin layer of mayonnaise. Then add fried carrots and onions.
And so we do each layer. Until we reach the end. Last pancake for liver cake grease with mayonnaise. Now send in the oven for 15 minutes.
We take out our delicious liver cake from the oven. Lubricate the top pancake with a new layer of mayonnaise and decorate to taste, can be fresh vegetables or just greens. Cut into portions, serve on the table.
