Grilled Cornish Chickens

For grilling chickens you will need:

Cornish chickens weighing 700 g – 2 pcs.
Orange or apple juice – 1/2 cup
Lemon juice – 1/2 cup
Small onion – 1 pc.
Rosemary – 1 sprig
Thyme – 1 sprig
Garlic – 4 cloves
Olive oil – 2 tbsp. l
Salt
The first thing we need to do is prepare our chickens for cooking. Cut them in half, put the washed and dried carcass in a deep pan.
Prepare marinade: onion and garlic must be cleaned, washed and minced. Separate the thyme and rosemary leaves from the twigs and finely chop them. Olive oil, orange (or apple) and lemon juice and a little water mixed with chopped onions, garlic and herbs. Mix the marinade well and pour the chickens over it. Cover the carcass with a lid and marinate in the fridge for 10 hours.
Now that you are at a picnic, and the coals are ready, lay the chickens on the rack and, occasionally turning them over, cook them for about 30-40 minutes. Chickens are ready! Enjoy your meal!
