Two recipe mixtures to strengthen the immune system for adults and children.
1/2 cup raisins,
1 cup walnut kernels,
0.5 cups of almonds (very well add pine nuts – a super boost of immunity),
peel 2 lemons.
The lemons themselves should be squeezed into the mass, the rind should be passed through a meat grinder separately.
Next, add 0.5 cups of dried apricots and the same prunes,
150 grams of honey.
Insist for 1-2 days in a dark place, store in a refrigerator, take 1-2 tablespoons 3 times a day for adults, 1 teaspoon for children from 3 years 2 times a day.
200 grams of dried apricots,
200 grams of prunes,
200 grams of figs,
200 grams of walnuts,
200 grams of raisins
200 grams of honey
50 ml of cognac.
Dried fruits and lemon peel through a meat grinder, pour the mixture of honey and cognac. In the jar and in the fridge. Take before meals for 1 tbsp. a spoon.
