3 pieces of chicken fillet cut lengthwise to make 6 chicken chops
Slightly beat off the fillet, but not strong, it should not be too thin, salt or pepper
On each layer of fillet put a thinly sliced slice of ham and cheese, slightly smaller
Fold into a roll, fix with a toothpick if necessary.
In a bowl, mix 3 tablespoons of flour and 1 tsp. paprika and roll chicken rolls
In a pan, melt 6 tbsp. butter and fry rolls on both sides
Roll 1/2 cup of dry wine right in the pan and add 1 tsp.
any chicken seasoning, cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
1 tbsp. starch mix with 1 cup of cream any fat
Fry rolls out of the pan on the dish
Cream with starch thin stream pour into the pan to the resulting juice, stirring constantly, until the sauce thickens
Pour the sauce with the rolls, laid out on a dish, sprinkle a little paprika on top.
