Calamari Salad
squid – 250−300 g
tomatoes – 1-2 pcs.
cheese – 100−200 g
garlic – 1 clove
mayonnaise
Dill or parsley greens Salt, ground black pepper
Clear the squid and throw for 3 minutes in boiling water.
Then drain the water and immediately rinse the squids with cold water, cut them into strips. Tomatoes, too, cut into strips. Squeeze garlic through a press. Cheese grate on a coarse grater. Mix everything and fill with mayonnaise.
