– 6 proteins
– 6 yolks
– glasses of sugar
– 2 cups of flour
– 1 tsp of soda or baking powder
– 750 g sour cream
– 1 tablespoon sugar
Protein shake with 1 cup of sugar. Beat yolks with 1 cup of sugar. Connect proteins and yolks. Carefully introduce the flour, sifted with baking powder. Bake on a pan of bread, spreading the dough with a spoon, less than a tablespoon at a time (dessert spoon). The temperature is 180 degrees.
For the cream, mix the whisk sour cream and sugar. I would not advise you to add a whole glass of sugar – for my taste it is too sweet, I add less, but everything is according to personal preferences. Beat is not required, just stir until the sugar is dissolved. Next, dip the tortillas in the cream, spread layers on the dish. Sprinkle with chocolate chips.
Of course, it is possible to collect a cake in this pure form. But it is tastier to add something fresh, sour, for example apples thin slices between tortillas or slices of apples plus walnut or
apples, nuts and lingonberries.
