2 tbsp. cocoa spoons (for one half of the dough)
Also nuts (any if desired, I had a mixture of different nuts)
Cream: 3 tbsp. sour cream
100-150 g sugar
bag of vanilla sugar
For chocolate glaze: a tile of dark chocolate, half a cup of milk
Beat eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar. Add sour cream, mix, add condensed milk, mix. Next come slaked soda and flour, knead a thin dough. Divide it into two halves, add cocoa to one. Put in preheated to 180 degrees oven.
Bake for 20-25 minutes.
Bake two cakes, cool.
Sour cream well beat with a mixer, add sugar and vanilla sugar
Cut the cakes into 2 parts (in the end, you get 4 cakes). 1 cake to use as a base for the cake, the remaining cakes cut into small cubes. Soak the bottom cake a little with cherry compote, you can pour a little with condensed milk, spread it with cream, spread cherries and nuts. Next, dunk each cube in the cream and lay a slide mixed with cherries and nuts, occasionally pouring them with compote and condensed milk. When the slide is ready, we coat it with cream and put it in the fridge. Cooking icing. Melt the chocolate on low heat and add the milk, mix well, allow to cool slightly, then pour the spoon over our cake.
Sprinkle with chopped nuts or almond petals.
We put our cake in the fridge for a couple of hours.
