Zucchini with meat

1 medium young zucchini
100 g ground beef
1 tomato
70 g cheese
parsley, salt, pepper, ground to taste
1 garlic clove
Cooking process
Wash zucchini, dry, do not need to be cleaned, cut along into 2 equal parts, then carefully remove the flesh from each half with a spoon, leaving not too thick walls.
Then grease the “boats” with vegetable oil, put them on a baking sheet, cut them down and bake in an oven at 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
Heat a little vegetable oil in a pan, chop half of the meat of the zucchini, fry a little, add the minced meat, fry until the liquid is evaporated, but do not overdry much, add the chopped parsley, garlic, salt and pepper.
Fill the boats with minced meat, put thinly sliced ​​tomato slices on top and sprinkle with grated cheese, bake in an oven at 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes, until the squash is soft.
