To make this paste you will need:
Penne Paste – 500 g
Zucchini – 1 pc.
Grated Parmesan – to taste
Parsley leaves – 2 handfuls
Celery celery – 2 stalks
Baby carrots – bunch
Garlic – 1 clove
Red onion – 1 head
Cream fat content of 23% – 200 g
Salt and black pepper to taste
Broth paste in salted water as indicated on the package. While cooking pasta, prepare the sauce. Wash carrots, celery and garlic, peel and chop finely. Prepared vegetables fry in a hot skillet until golden. Pour the cream.
After about four minutes, when the sauce thickens, add the chopped parsley leaves to the pan. While preparing the sauce, prepare the zucchini: wash, peel and cut into large pieces. In a separate frying pan zucchini roast until golden brown, when the vegetable is reddened, add red onion sliced with feathers.
During this time, the pasta just had to be prepared to the state of al dente. Mix it with zucchini and red onions. Arrange the plates and fields with parsley sauce. Lunch is ready. Enjoy your meal!
