Tortilla with beef and vegetable salsa

To make tortillas, you will need:

Tortillas tortillas – 12 pcs.
Ground Beef – 600 g
Canned corn – 400 g
Canned tomatoes in their own juice – 400 g
Big red pepper – 1 pc.
Chives – Wisp
Garlic – 2 cloves
Ground chilli pepper – 1 tsp.
Corn oil – 2 tbsp. l
Salt
For salsa:

Canned corn – 300 g
Cherry tomatoes – 12 pcs.
Chili pepper – 1 pc.
Green hot pepper – 1 pc.
Red sweet onion – 1 pc.
Cilantro – bundle
Limes – 2 pcs.
Salt, freshly ground black pepper
The first thing we do meat stuffing. In a hot skillet, lightly fry the chopped garlic, and when it is reddened, add ground beef. Make sure the stuffing does not stick together in lumps. After about 5 minutes, pour the canned tomatoes and juice into the mince and cook another 15 minutes over medium heat.
While the meat is fried, cut the prepared sweet pepper into cubes, chop the green onions. If 15 minutes have passed, add sweet pepper to the meat and fry for another 5 minutes. Add salt, chili, canned corn and warm for about 5 minutes. When the filling is ready, add green onions.

The filling is ready, proceed to the preparation of vegetable salsa. Finely chop the cherry tomatoes, chili and green pepper chop with a knife, chop the red onion and cilantro. Pour in lime juice and add canned corn. Mix all this in a bowl, add salt and pepper to taste.

Now our tortillas remained to be collected. Warm the cakes in the oven, put on each batch of meat filling and roll into a straw. When all 12 pieces are ready, put everything on a large dish, in the middle, place the sauceboat with salsa and serve.
