To cook Norwegian salmon, you will need:

Norwegian Salmon – 700 g
Potatoes – 5 pcs.
Onions – 4 pcs.
Garlic – 1 clove
Sweet pepper – 1 pc.
Tomatoes – 2 pcs.
Sour cream – 100 g
Salt and pepper to taste
Cut the salmon fillet into four slices of equal size. Peel the onions and potatoes and cut them into thin slices, finely chop the garlic. Pepper cut into strips, tomatoes – slices. Dip sheets of foil with a small amount of sour cream, then put potatoes, onions, garlic, peppers and tomatoes on the foil. Salt and pepper. Place each fillet on each sheet.
Salt the salmon and pepper, top with the remaining amount of sour cream, wrap with foil, holding the edges of the sheet, and place on a baking sheet. Bake in the oven until fully cooked at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes.
