Stuffed Pepper with Chicken

You will need:
5-6 pieces bell pepper
600 g chicken breast
3 carrots
2-3 onions
2 tomatoes
3 garlic cloves
vegetable oil
500 ml chicken broth
2 tbsp. l tomato paste
salt, spices – to taste
fresh greens
How to cook:

Chicken cut into small pieces and fry over medium heat until half cooked. Then add carrot, grated on a coarse grater, chopped onion, diced tomato and chopped garlic. Salt, add spices and mascara for 20 minutes.

Wash peppers, remove the stem and seeds, then fill with chicken and vegetable minced meat. Put the peppers in a saucepan, pour vegetable oil on the bottom, top with chicken broth, add tomato paste and carcass for 25-30 minutes. 5 minutes before readiness add finely chopped fresh greens.
