Boil eggs. Onion cut into half rings and fry. Mushrooms cut and fry separately. Give cool. Sprat mash with a fork. Rusks (if large) mash, I do it right away (without opening the packaging).
We make the salad in layers: 2 eggs on a large grater, sprats, fried onions, mayonnaise, crackers, mayonnaise, mushrooms, 2 proteins on a large grater, mayonnaise, 2 yolks on a fine grater.
Ready salad put in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours, let it soak!
