vinegar – 3 tbsp. l (2 for pickling onions, 1 for meat)
a mixture of peppers – 0.5 tsp.
lemon juice – 3 tbsp. l
sugar – 1 tbsp. l
seasoning for meat – 2 tbsp. l

How to cook shish kebab in the oven onion pillow:
Cut the meat into small pieces. Add the pepper mixture, seasoning, 1 tablespoon of vinegar and lemon juice. Mix everything thoroughly and leave to marinate for 2 to 6 hours in the cold.
Chop the onion rings. Add 2 tablespoons of vinegar, 1 tablespoon of sugar and 4 tablespoons of water. Leave to marinate for 1 hour.
Prepare baking sleeve. Tie with one hand. Place the pickled onions in the bottom.
Put meat on top.
Tie the sleeve on the other side and make 2-3 punctures at the top of the package. Put in preheated oven to t 250 ° С for 50 minutes. After 50 minutes, take out the sheet and cut the sleeve for toasting meat. If necessary, you can pour out the juice. And again put in the oven for 30 minutes.
