You will need:
500 g of veal on the bone (tenderloin, edge);
1 red onion;
a large bunch of arugula;
8 cherry tomatoes;
basil for decoration;
200 g of mixed salad;
1 tsp mustard;
salt and pepper;
1 2 tsp honey
How to cook:
Mix the salad and arugula with your hands and put on the dish. Onions cut into rings. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and place on the salad
