You will need:
macaroni (spirals or butterflies) – 150-200 g,
slightly salted salmon (salmon or trout) – 200 g,
Bulgarian pepper – 1 pc,
fresh cucumber – 1 pc,
pitted olives – 8-12 pieces,
freshly ground pepper
olive or vegetable oil – 2 tablespoons,
lemon juice – 1-2 teaspoons
How to cook:
Broth macaroni, rinse them under cold water and add olive oil.
Cut the fish into thin slices. Cut the olives into 4 pieces, cut the peppers and cucumber into cubes.
Mix vegetables, fish and pasta and season the salad with olive oil and lemon juice. Salt, pepper and decorate with greens.
