Salad "Orchid"


Ham – 200 g
Chips – 50 g
Korean carrots – 100 g
Mushrooms – 100 g
Egg – 2 pcs
Cheese – 150 g
Egg yolk (for decoration)


Mushrooms and ham cut into thin strips, grate eggs on a coarse grater, cut carrots shorter. Salad layered: first, carrots, then mushrooms, chips (crumble), followed by ham, cheese and finally eggs. Each layer is smeared with mayonnaise, the top one too. From chips and grated on a fine grater yolks to make flowers and decorate the salad.
