Salad "Grafsky"

As they say, the glory of a good housewife and great cook is born just at the festive table. So may you have on hand always proven recipes collected on Alimero.

Preparation time: taking into account cooking vegetables 1 hour.

Degree of difficulty: minimal.

To prepare the “Grafsky” salad, we will need:

– beets – 1 pc.
– potatoes – 3 pcs.
– prunes – 100 g
– eggs – 4 pcs.
– walnuts – 100 g
– mayonnaise
– salt

Cooking method:

Vegetables (beets, jacket potatoes) boil until cooked. Cooling down. Remove the peel.

Boiled eggs boiled. Cleared. Carefully separate the yolks from the proteins.

Salad consists of several layers, each of which is coated with mayonnaise.

We spread on a flat dish.

The first layer is diced boiled potatoes. We salt a little.
We grease with mayonnaise.
According to the original recipe of the “Grafsky” salad, onions are included in the composition, but it seemed to me superfluous here and I did not add it. If you still want to use a bow, then marinate it beforehand. Mix 200-300 ml of cold drinking water, 1 tbsp. sugar and 1 tbsp. vinegar, pour chopped onions and leave for 30 minutes. Spread on potatoes.

The second layer is beetroot cut into small cubes. We grease with mayonnaise.
The third layer is chopped into cubes of yolks.
We grease with mayonnaise.

The fourth layer is chopped prunes. To prunes become softer, you can pre-fill it with boiling water for 10-15 minutes.
The fifth layer – diced egg whites. Also grease with mayonnaise.
Walnuts chop and sprinkle top salad.
Ready salad put in the fridge so that the layers are well soaked in mayonnaise.
