1 bunch iceberg lettuce, break
200 g chicken (any, fried, boiled, smoked or even chicken roll or sausage will do)
6 hard-boiled eggs, cut in half
3 large tomatoes, sliced
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 cucumber sliced
Sauce – any for your taste
freshly ground black pepper
1. Mix the salad, chopped or torn by hands, chopped chicken, chopped cucumbers, tomatoes, grate the cheese, add the halves of eggs.
2. Season with salt, pepper and dress with sauce to your taste.
