Rice casserole with minced meat is cooked quickly and easily.

To prepare a casserole with rice and minced meat, we need to stock up on such products:

Stuffing – 500 grams;
Rice – 150 grams;
Onion – 200 grams;
Carrots – 200 grams;
White cabbage – 200 grams;
Sour cream – 100 grams;
Tomato paste – 3 tablespoons;
Turmeric – 0.5 tsp;
Ground black pepper – to taste;
Vegetable oil;
Salt – to taste.

Cooking:
1. It is necessary to boil rice, after washing it well. In the water with rice add half a teaspoon of turmeric and salt.
2. Next, finely chop the onions, clean the carrots and rub on a large meat mincer. The next stage – finely chop the cabbage.
3. Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan and fry vegetables – onions and carrots.
4. Using a meat grinder, grind beef for mince. Ready stuffing do not forget to salt and pepper.
5. We form our casserole, laying out gradually boiled rice, cabbage, minced meat and roasted carrots with onions in a uniform layer. Lubricate with sour cream, evenly distributing it over the entire surface, and send the dish to a preheated oven to a temperature of 180 degrees for 50-60 minutes.
