Potatoes 1 kg
Pork 600 gr.
Onions 2 pcs.
Carrots 3 pcs.
Garlic 3 cloves
Tomato juice 300 ml.
Butter 3 tbsp.
Peel potatoes and cut into small slices.
Meat cut into small pieces. Put in a pot for baking.
Cut carrots into slices. Chop onions and garlic. Put everything in the pot.
Add salt, pepper, spices, butter and tomato juice.
Put in preheated oven to 200 degrees, bring to a boil. Reduce the temperature to 180 and bake until done.
Serve directly in the pots or in a deep dish. Enjoy your meal!
