For the preparation of rolls of pork filled with vegetables will need:
5 pieces of pork (as on chops);
1 sweet red bell pepper;
salt, black pepper, spice mix (basil, dill, coriander, savory, paprika);
cooking oil for frying.
Grate the carrots, finely chop the onion and Bulgarian pepper.
Fry onion and carrot in vegetable oil, add Bulgarian pepper, salt, spices, fry a little all together, add chopped parsley.
Wash and dry meat. Salt, pepper and repel each piece.
Put the stuffing on top of the meat and roll it up.
Lightly grease the baking dish with vegetable oil, lay out the pork rolls. If the filling remains, you can also add it. Cover the baking dish with foil and place in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 30 minutes. Then remove the foil and bake the pork rolls for another 15-20 minutes.
