Pink Flamingo salad with beetroot and crab sticks

Beets – 0.5 kg
Eggs – 4 pcs
Cheese – 50 gr
Crab sticks – 1 pack (large)
Garlic – 2 cloves
Salt and spices – to taste
Mayonnaise – for refueling
Parsley – for decoration
Beets boil until tender or bake in foil in the oven
Eggs – Boil Cool
Beetroot and eggs with cheese, grate on a large grater, add the garlic passed through a press, finely chopped crab sticks and salt
Dress the salad with mayonnaise and mix
Decorate and serve.
