Pike perch with tomatoes and cheese
To prepare zander you need:
Pike perch – 1 fillet (approximately 400 g)
Suluguni cheese – 200 g
Tomato – 2 pcs.
Olive oil – 2 tbsp.
Salt, pepper – to taste
