In my family, cottage cheese is one of the most beloved products … but, to be honest, we were all a bit tired of all these cheese dumplings. And I, finally, wanted to surprise my beloved husband with a cottage cheese cake with the romantic name “Angel's Tears” …)
The beauty of this cake lies in the fact that when it is completely cooled, small golden droplets appear on its surface.
Honestly, I was very worried that something might not work out for me, and I sat for an hour and a half waiting for the first “tears” … but after a while he did cry! :))
Therefore, I offer you a proven recipe for this delicious cake and wish your guardian angels to weep only for happiness and joy for you.
