Patties "Yummy without the hassle"

The pies turn out to be soft, tasty and do not get stale for 2-3 days (unless they survive :)) Dough is prepared in 5 minutes and the cakes are molded immediately, no need to wait until it rises.

1 cup of warm water;
50 gr. pressed yeast;
1 tbsp. spoon of sugar;
1 tsp salt;
3 tbsp. spoons of sunflower oil;
4 cups flour;
1 cup of boiling water;
stuffing any.

Dissolve the yeast in warm water, add sugar, salt, sunflower oil, mix a little flour and pour in a glass of boiling water. Knead the dough. After the dough is mixed, immediately begin to sculpt the patties. I prepared the stuffing in advance, I had potatoes with liver, and so, any one to your taste would suit here. What I like about this recipe is that there is absolutely no need to wait – although the dough is yeast-free. While some were roasting, I sculpted the following ones) The patties were not very good in beauty, but in taste and speed they have no equal.
