You will need: 0.5 kg of chicken fillet, 300 g of pasta, 300 g of tomatoes, 400 g of cauliflower, 1 bell pepper, a bunch of basil, 100 g of hard cheese, 2 tbsp. spoons of vegetable oil, 200 g low-fat sour cream, seasonings, salt and pepper to taste.
Boil the pasta in salted water, then drain into a colander, rinse with cold water and add a little vegetable oil to prevent it from sticking together.
Wash all vegetables.
Cauliflower disassembled into inflorescences. Dip cauliflower in boiled salted water, boil for 3 minutes and drain.
Tomatoes dip in boiling water for 1-2 minutes and remove the skin. Slice the tomatoes into circles.
Pepper cut into cubes. Basil finely chop.
