You will need:
500 g oyster mushroom
2 cloves of garlic
1 bunch of parsley
2 tablespoons of vinegar
How to cook:
In oyster mushrooms, cut off the hard part of the leg, wash it and dry it.
Finely chop the garlic and parsley.
Oyster mushrooms roasted in vegetable oil on both sides until golden brown.
Put the finished oyster mushrooms in layers in a wide bowl, sprinkle with salt, pepper, a mixture of minced garlic and parsley and sprinkle with vinegar while still hot.
Can be served both hot and cold.
