Nicoise Salad

You will need:

A large bunch of lettuce leaves
10 cherry tomatoes
2 potatoes boiled in uniform
8 quail eggs
20-25 pitted olives
150 gr. canned tuna
200 gr. green string beans
For refueling:

10 art. spoons of olive oil
1 garlic clove
2 tsp. grainy mustard
1 tbsp. spoon of lemon juice
8 finely chopped basil leaves
Ground black pepper
How to cook:

For starters, prepare the dressing. Mix all the ingredients, squeeze the garlic and leave the dressing to infuse.

Wash and dry lettuce leaves. Tear them with your hands and put it on the dish.

On the salad, lay out large slices of boiled potatoes, halved cherry tomatoes, olives and halved boiled quail eggs.
Broth green beans in salted water for no more than 5 minutes, drain in a colander and rinse in ice water. You can fry it in olive oil, or you can immediately put it on the salad.

At the very least, lay out the canned tuna and field salad with the prepared dressing.
