Flour 3 glasses
Thick homemade cream 200 gr (or sour cream)
Butter 200 gr
Vanilla sugar 1 bag
Baking powder 1 tsp.
Salt 1 pinch
Milk 1 liter
Butter 100 gr
Flour 3-4 st.l.
Sugar 300 gr.
Eggs 4 pcs.
Butter should be very cold, it is best to hold it in the freezer. Grate.
Add cream and flour, mix. Add vanilla sugar, salt and baking powder.
Knead the dough and divide it into 6-8 parts. Cover with foil and refrigerate.
So sprinkle with flour and roll out a circle from each part of the dough. Cut out attaching the lid from the pot or a plate (or attach any shape – rectangular or square).
Cover baking sheet with baking paper and bake cakes in the oven heated to 190 degrees for 5-7 minutes.
For cream, beat eggs with sugar, add a little milk and flour.
The remaining milk is brought to a boil, add sugar, gradually pour in the egg mixture, stirring constantly. Fire at a minimum and make sure not to burn.
Remove from heat, add butter and cool.
Generously grease the cakes with cream, sprinkle the cake on top with the remaining chips or nuts.
Leave to soak overnight or longer. Enjoy your meal!
