Morning drink for health and weight loss

This drink is recommended to drink in the morning on an empty stomach. It invigorates, cleanses the body and strengthens the immune system.

What is required: ground cinnamon; honey; lemon; hot water.
How to cook: put lemon lemon in hot water and add ground cinnamon. Let it brew and cool a little at the same time with water. When the water has cooled down a little, add a spoon of honey and drink it.

The effect is noticeable after a week of regular use.
