Milk cakes

Ingredients:

● Flour – 400 g
● granulated sugar – 200 g
● margarine – 100 g
● 1 egg
● milk – 80 ml
● baking powder – 10 g
● vanillin – 1 tsp.

Cooking:

Beat the softened margarine with sugar, add an egg, milk, baking powder and vanilla sugar.
Add flour and quickly knead soft dough. Roll the layer thickness of 6-7 mm. Squeeze the biscuits with a mold, then transfer to a baking sheet and bake in the oven heated to 180 degrees for 15 minutes. From above, the shortcakes will redden slightly, which means they are ready.
