Mexican Salad
Ingredients:
Bulgarian pepper red, yellow, green – 1 pc.,
canned red and white beans – 1 can,
canned corn – 1 can,
1 onion,
1 cucumber,
2 tomatoes,
vegetable oil.
vinegar,
pepper,
salt.
Cooking:
Finely chop the onion and, drizzle with vinegar, let it brew until the salad is prepared.
Tomatoes and cucumber cut into small cubes, Bulgarian pepper cut into thin half-rings.
Add both types of beans and corn without liquid.
Salt, pepper, add butter, mix well.
